How should I store my products ?
We advise you to store the products in a dry, cool place away from the sun or other heat sources.
Can I cancel and return my order ?
All Nohailo sales are final, therefore we cannot make any refunds, returns or exchanges. Nohailo reserves the right to refuse any refund, return or exchange after 14 days. If you have received the wrong products ordered by us, please contact us.
How do I know the status of my order ?
Refer to your order confirmation e-mail, retrieve your order number and go to this link “Track my order”.
I refused my delivery and I still haven't received my refund, what can I do ?
Any refused delivery will systematically lead to a 10£ administration and restocking fee. Allow 5 working days to process your case, if you have not received a refund from us after this period, contact us.
My package and products are damaged, what can I do ?
Contact customer service with photos proving the damage as well as a capture of the order confirmation email, we will do our best to arrange the situation.
